Dear Sir or Madam:

I am writing to see if you would be interested in sponsoring the Celebration of Life Youth Day at the Park by coming out and speaking to the youth. The Gospel Musical at the Park is promoting young people to stay alive, change their life and accept Jesus Christ. Throughout the Celebration of Life Youth Day at the Park, there will be fun and games for the kids, workshops, give-a-ways, and refreshments provided free of charge. Dance Moves -(with Mini Christian lesson "Moving and living in the Spirit of God)!", Find Your - Strength (with Mini Christian lesson team building for success).” Promoting empowerment and change for our New Orleans Youth. The Celebration of Life Youth Day at the Park will be held on Saturday, August 28, 2021, at 2:00 pm at City Park, New Orleans, LA. Your generous sponsorship would be highlighted on our team's social media and in announcements during the promotion of the event. In addition, frequent announcements of all sponsors during the meeting will be made. All that sponsor this event will be placed on our event backdrop. This is a free outside community outreach event open to the public and all that attend would benefit tremendously from your generosity. It is an outreach to encourage the city youth to stop the carjacking and killing. I hope that you will take this opportunity to support hurting and troubled youth by coming out and speaking. Why should you sponsor?

This event is to encourage the hurting youth in our city to change their lives and stop the carjacking and killing.  Letting them know that there are organizations in our city of New Orleans that want to help and assist with any concerns that are affecting them in a negative way that we can be of assistance in changing their situation.  Would help us touch and change a life.

Carolyn Ayers

Ms. Ayers is a vibrant, energetic business professional admired for her humility, integrity, grace, and authenticity. She is a philanthropist, public speaker, veteran, and mentor. With an undeniable passion for empowering women, men, young ladies, and young men, it is evident that she is a born leader.  Ms. Ayers is the founder of Women of Distinction Outreach, Hidden Gems and Jewels Magazine, and Reach the Press Publishing, an author of five published books.

She has been giving outreach conferences and events since 1999 in New Orleans and the Southern Coast. In 2013 she became the underwriter for LaShaes, LLC, in a planning event. In Houston, TX, things just flourished. This business venture is going into its sixth year of providing networking, community outreach, and motivating Business Women Expos worldwide.  Ms. Ayers gives Author showcases that are exposing authors and aspiring authors across the globe. She has hosted Author showcase events in Maryland, traveled to Houston, TX, and Greenville, SC area with plans to expand to New Orleans, LA, Tucson, AZ, Atlanta, GA, and more. She wants to encourage men and women as well as promote entrepreneurship as she travels across the globe.

Ms. Ayers has a very diverse career experience as a Dental scrub nurse, Logistician, and paraprofessional, and she served 40 years as a Federal Government Employee serving our nation veterans.  She is a native of New Orleans, Louisiana.
