About the event

Dear Sir/Madam,

We “Team Concept Crew” are bunch of Software Engineers working in different IT companies in Bangalore. As a team, we are into a lot of cultural activities like “Dance, Music & Theatre” which is our passion apart from our daily work life.

This time we are united once again to do something and make a big mark for those people who need our help, those who are “Mentally weak, physically challenged & differently abled children”. These children are residing at Rehabilitation Trust called “Gerizim Rehabilitation Trust”.

We, “Team Concept Crew” has decided to conduct a Big Talent hunt show naming “B.O.T (Battle Of Talent)” with two main motives. The primary motive is to help these children by raising fund for their welfare and secondary is to connect all the IT fellows to come in one platform and showcase their hidden talent.

Now addressing to the main query, "What benefit, we as a sponsor will be getting from this event?”

I would say, as a sponsor the first and foremost thing is you are contributing, joining hands and getting connected to a big forum of Software Professionals to help these special children. 

Apart from this, we will be projecting you in front of all the Software companies in Bangalore as well as the respective audience by several ways:

• Your Company Logo will be projected as part of our event advertisement.     
• Logo will be included in all the event signatures at venue.
• Logo will be included in all the event marketing print material, banners, standees which will be kept in all the Software Companies, Malls etc. 
• Newspaper advertisement (Tentative).
• Verbal acknowledgment about the Sponsors' contributions to make this event successful on the event Day by emcee throughout the Event.
• Planning to publish the event in Book My Show and Events High 

We can say at last only one thing, God has given us a precious life with all our body parts working and functioning properly, but just think how these small children live. We know we can’t cure them from their current situation as it’s not in our hands but we can help them to live their existing life in a proper manner.

And I want to inform that these children are very intelligent in respect of the talent. They make handy bags , envelopes and a lot of daily household things which we will be surprised to see that these are made by these children who are special, and we will be going to project these crafts on the day of Event as well so that it should reach to maximum people

We believe, we should unite for this good and needful cause and make it a great success.
