Art & Science Node has been sharing knowledge, ideas and experiences, based on our interdisciplinary ASSET vision: Art/Science/Society/Education/Technology = Innovation and will be in charge of providing an extraordinary and singular perspective to the bio-economy key-players and stakeholders at the “World Bio Markets 2020” in the Passenger Terminal Amsterdam (https://www.worldbiomarkets.com/bio-based-world-news/ ).

We will bring together the world of art and the world of innovation: universities, research institutes and industries to this global event, which is the leading international assembly of the bio-economy. Its goal is to connect the bio-industry value chain, from lab to market, and driving change through commercially viable and sustainable innovation.

We have the exclusive task and responsibility of presenting the science behind the bio-economy by means of an art exhibition at the said 15th World Bio Markets, March 2020, with CAPTURE THE FUTURE(S): our BIO-TECH PLANET , a survey of artworks created by renowned international artists in collaboration with scientists in the field of biotechnology.

The aim is to inspire attendees and the conference participants with artworks that have in its core research into innovation, new technologies, and scientific findings. Artists reveal biotech studies perceived through an artistic standpoint.

Art & Science Node (ASN) is a platform dedicated to promoting the synergy between arts, sciences and society. Its main goal is to foster new ideas and discussion that combine different, although complementary, fields, and then to transmit and share this knowledge through an innovative and powerful communication strategy.
