About the event

Spring Regional Conference:

Every year students that work with AIESEC in the United States gather together for our Spring Regional Conference (RoKS). This event is entirely student-organized and the content delivered is intended to improve our organizational operations. Members of AIESEC will go through social sales, product development, finance, business administration, and human resource management training while attending this conference.

About AIESEC:

AIESEC is a not-for-profit, non-political, multinational organization run by students and recent graduates from institutions of higher education across 124 countries and territories. Our platform provides our members with an integrated development experience comprised of leadership opportunities, international internships, and a global learning environment. AIESEC has also developed purposed-driven partnerships with various organizations and companies worldwide that seek to interact with our talented youth membership base, both physically and virtually. Globally, we provide 28,000 exchanges annually, have 90,000 members, and over 1 million alumni. Our exchange and membership programs have been endorsed by the United Nations, multiple US presidents, CEOs of multinational corporations, and leaders of top-level human development organizations.
