This tournament will serve as a training platform for young athletes. Besides, it will also provide them with more exposure and experience in this field. They can learn to develop their style and skills. Furthermore, it allows early identification of future potential Karate tournaments and lays the foundation for them to qualify for the national karate team.

To raise awareness of the UTAR Sungai Long Karate-do club and attract interest from both the university community and external participants
To offer a platform for athletes to accurately gauge their current skill level and identify areas for improvement.
