About the event

Join us in supporting the most valuable asset in our communities - our educators.

Held annually in March, this event brings together aspiring teachers in teacher prep programs as well as current educators from across the State of Indiana to come together for a day of learning, leading, engaging and skill-building.

This event is NOT like your traditional conference. This conference is full of opportunities for teachers to practice and plan for immediate classroom and student impact!

Impact

Annually our event brings together over 120+ educators and leaders and an additional 20 speakers and staff who serve 2,000+ students in Indiana

Teacher Diversity

In addition to representation from over 36 schools and universities, 52% of teachers identify as teachers of color at our event; a number higher than the state and county average.

Intergenerational

The Teach Indy movement is one of a kind in how we bring together seasoned and novice educators to learn, share and grow from each other. 20% of attendees identified as 20-24 years old; the same as attendees 50+

Exposure

In addition to the 160 attendees, sponsors are featured on social media, newsletters, and our Marion County wide teacher community thus increasing your brand awareness with over 6,000 followers.

The 2025 Educators Conference will unite over 250 dedicated educators from Marion County, IN and beyond for an impactful day of professional growth, networking, and strategic planning. Building on the success of the 2024 conference, which engaged 165+ educators from 40 schools, this year’s event aims to increase participation, welcoming educators from at least 45 schools. The conference is unique in that it empowers educators to select the session topics most relevant to their work, fostering leadership as many of these sessions are led by teachers themselves. The focus is on providing actionable strategies and resources that can be immediately implemented in classrooms, with the ultimate goal of improving student outcomes. By sponsoring this event, you will not only support the professional development of local educators but also invest in the future of education in Marion County. Your contribution will help ensure that our educators leave the conference equipped with the tools and inspiration needed to drive meaningful change in their schools and communities.
