About the event

We are excited to announce our upcoming one-day transformational retreat, titled "Unveil Your True Potential and Pave the Way to Your Authentic Life Path. Welcome to YOUR TRULY FIT LIFE." The event is scheduled to take place on Saturday, March 2nd, at Drew University in Madison, New Jersey. This retreat aims to provide attendees with transformative experiences, fostering self-discovery and holistic well-being.

Our event will be a one-day journey that will allow people to start looking within and finding their true self. A day filled with activities like meditation, motivational and inspirational speeches, interactive workshops and functional exercises will open their mind to start uncovering their true potential. The lineup we have is ensured to leave our attendees leaving with a feeling of hope and inspiration. 

Amazing Sharon Land, best selling author, licensed psychotherapist, will be kicking off the day with a grounding and head-clearing meditation. Sharon’s contribution to this event will be seen throughout the day, though, as she will be hosting a book signing for her book “The Healers Journey” throughout our registration. To top it off, she will be leading an inspiring and eye-opening workshop.

Randy Dietrich, our keynote speaker, is a very successful entrepreneur whose mission is “To add value to others with a message of hope and encouragement to pursue your purpose.” His “Living On Purpose Podcast” embodies that very message. And his book, “Exposing The Roots” is an absolute must read. All attendees will receive a copy of Randy’s book and have the opportunity to speak with him during his book signing.

Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach, Matthew Smith, will conclude the day with an inspiring speech aimed at igniting motivation. Following the speech, participants will engage in a functional workout designed to challenge them and release endorphins, leaving them with a sense of empowerment that they can do anything!
