About the event

JIMS and its group of institutions have announced their annual Festival namely “Zest and Dandiya”, a two day event, events of Day-1 will be held at Jims Kalkaji on 13th Oct, and events of day 2 will be conducted on 14th Oct. at Siri Fort Auditorium.

We JIMS-EMTC, Greater Noida are keeping a proposal for sponsoring our events, participants and event
coordinators for the festival.

We are participating in following on stage events:
1. Dance
 Folk Dance
 Western Dance
 Solo-Dance
 Duet Dance
 Dandiya
2. Theme Play
3. Fashion Show
4. Singing
 Solo Singing
 Duet Singing
 Solo Instrumental

Why should you sponsor?

Every year the event has total attendance of 5000 students and teachers,
our target areas for the display of Sponsors are:

1. Food Coupons-Distributed among College students
2. Advertisement of Sponsoring Company’s logo on our event
Apparel
3. Hoardings and Banners in area allotted to JIMS Greater Noida,
Students to sit in auditorium and
4. Photo-Stop having a hoarding of Printed Sponsor’s Logo
5. Paper Bracelets for our college students

Since it is a big inter-college event we expect some sponsored aid to our participating members that
is following:
 Cash aid for 25k-30k
 Sponsored Jerseys for our participants and event coordinators
 Providing a choreographer for our Dance-competition
Anything two from the above will meet the condition for agreement of the Deal.

I, Jatin Boora, am pursuing B.Tech in CSE department (4th year) from JIMS Engineering Management Technical Campus. I am Student Head Coordinator of the Cultural Events organized by the college.
