About the event
Our mission is to empower women to succeed in business, and we are so excited to do this through our 10th annual conference and awards event!
From female lead startups and established SME businesses to women in leadership and in the corporate world, we have something for every woman to be a part of and leave the day feeling inspired and empowered.
We are so excited to be adding even more value to women in business this year through these key changes - both for delegates and for our speakers/experts.
We have implemented some exciting changes this year to further our mission - to empower women to succeed in business. This will look like:
1. A fully female lineup of speakers
2. Exchanging a room of exhibitors for a room of female experts in our new Expert Pods, who are ready to invest their time and talents into our delegates through 15 minute one-to-one Q&A and advice sessions.
3. Exchanging education sets for fully interactive workshops.
This event will be a space for women to be empowered to succeed in business and for those working with women, a space to support and create a platform for incredible women to push forward and break barriers.

Having worked in Finance, Sales and Marketing over the years, I have seen the impact different cultures have on the people working for them. With Women's Business Club I have made it my mission to open the conversation up about how women are supported in a business setting to not only level the playing field, but to increase profit and performance in businesses by aiding their search to be more diverse (did you know that research shows that London-listed companies were 10 times more profitable when women made up more than one in three executive roles?).
We can and will succeed in building a more diverse, more accepting, and ultimately more productive and profitable workforce in the UK and globally by adding value to our female counterparts.
