    Peter Jupp

I am the CEO of the Northern Blockchain Group. During my studies at the University of York, I co-founded the York Blockchain Society. The society attracted a huge amount of attention, and was incredibly successful in its first year, hosting a number of fantastic external speakers from organisations such as Barclays, Freshfields and Amadeus.

However, it was obvious that there wasn't a community of Blockchain enthusiasts and developers that could take on the London dominance in the field. As such, myself and my colleague Vishal founded the Northern Blockchain Group.

We are now working with a number of Blockchain student and professional groups spanning the North of the UK. We are working with our partners to host events, like Women in Innovation, using our contacts and event management experience.
