About the event

Winchestival is a new and exciting family friendly festival in the Heart of historic Winchester. Featuring live music, stand up comedy and childrens entertainment as well as quality street food and alcholoic refreshment.

Winchester is a very affluent city and we are aiming for our festival to represent this.We have chosen some excellent live music and quality food stalls. 

The festival has a capacity of 5000 in year one and we are planning on building the event over the coming years.

We are looking for suitable sponsors to get on board with our event and help create something extraordinary.

Why should you sponsor?

This is a year one event with big plans to build something special. There is plenty of scope and space at the outdoor venue that we have chosen.

Ticket sales have started strongly and we are expecting to sell out (5000). 

We have had excllent feed back about our plans and we think we offer a great opportunity to a like minded sponsor who can share our values of excellence.

A3B Events ltd was set up to run this event. It is run by 3 friends who share a passion to create a great event for this fantastic city that we love.

We spotted a gap in the market for a high quality family friendly event and decided to go for it!

We have a background in events and marketting and decided to pull our skills together to make this happen. We have strong backing from the local council and tourism board and we have had some great feedback of our plans from local residents.
