WEAREDRLIVE is a gathering of socialites and trendsetters who enjoy fun in the sun, parties, people, adventure and pampering. We have something for everyone from the mature socialite to the first time international traveler. Our all-inclusive 5-star resort annually attracts; celebrities, professional athletes, recording artists, top executives, and power players just like you! This tropical escape is designed for those who work hard and play harder. WEAREDRLIVE Weekend has been entertaining party-goers, throwing star-studded events and, providing a world-class vacation experience. WEAREDRLIVE started with Urban Paradise DR Memorial Day Weekend in 2007 as a gathering of primarily African-Americans between the ages of 25 thru 55, who enjoy traveling and having fun during the Memorial Day weekend season. WEAREDRLIVE is one of the most unique urban social experiences in the world.

Maribel VargasMy name is Judy Vargas. Born and raised in Brooklyn, NY. I started promoting events in NYC in 2007. I use to do a weekly party at NY Perks. I had a weekly folowing of about 200 people. I visited Dominican Republic in 2008. My parents are Dominican. I fell in love with Punta Cana, Dominican Republic. I started traveling there 12 times a year. I notice that the nightlife in DR, was so boring. I decided to put a trip together in 2009. I booked out a resort in Punta Cana using my own money. I booked club venues that I offered my clients. My first event started with 75 people. I had a successful event. I decided to do another event the following year. 2010 I did a half buy out of a Resort and offered my clients a International Vacation of a lifetime. Every year my numbers are increasing.
