  • About the event

VEGAN BLOCK PARTY is the plant-based party of the year!

The party is set to take place in Miami's trendiest neighborhood- Wynwood- at the iconic Old RC Cola Plant on September 28, 2019 from 12-9 pm.

VEGAN BLOCK PARTY is an all-day food and drink festival that draws in thousands of attendees to celebrate a plant powered lifestyle. The Vendor Marketplace will showcase local and global exhibitors and will feature businesses ranging from food + drink to eco-conscious consumer goods, clothing, clean energy, activism, health + wellness, fitness, and so much more. Other main features include a Beer Garden and vegan alcohol + kombucha bar, an exlusive VIP lounge area, and Influencer workshops + demos.

To keep our attendees engaged throughout the entire day, we are brining in major social media influencers (with collective followings of over 1 million+), Doctors, and plant-based celebrities to speak on the Main Stage. There will be activity zones, contests + giveaways, educational areas, and many more fun things for attendees to enjoy.

The venue is known for its iconic art walls, and has been a major hub for events during Art Basel and Miami Music Week. It faces the Florida Turnpike, with virtually UNLIMITED advertising potential to display banners and signage facing the main road, and the venue itself. It is a special spot that will draw in a huge crowd and expose your brand to everyone who attends + more.

This is going to be the vegan event of the year, and we can't wait to have you party with us!

    Why should you sponsor?

VEGAN BLOCK PARTY - Why Sponsor?

VBP is the only event of its kind in the country. The unique, young, and fun environment draws in a crowd of attendees ranging from 18-35 who are a combination of vegan and non-vegan. The large majority of attendees are consious-minded young people who want to have fun but still maintain their plant-based lifestyle.

Sponsoring this event is an opportunity to showcase your brand to thousands of people in South Florida and beyond. With our various sponsorship packages, there is an option for any + every brand who wants to get their message out to a crowd who already believes in it.

Whether the company is a car dealership that offers an electric vehicle, or a vodka company that is pouring vegan cocktails, there is a place for everyone at this event. The company does NOT have to be 100% vegan in order to partake at VBP.

We are in need of financial aid to make this event as special as it can be- this is to raise awareness for our planet, our health, and the lives of animals. Our goal is to show people how a plant-powered lifestyle can still be fun, enjoyed, and accessed via all of the different options (exhibitors) that are on display.

    Ariel Levin

My name is Ariel Levin, I have been vegan for 5+ years and I am passionate about advocating this lifestyle for the greater good of humanity, our Earth, and the animals.and I moved to Miami from West Palm Beach to attend college at Florida International University. I completed my first semester of studying Nutrition + Dietetics, and decided to fly to Los Angeles, California for a summer vacation in-between semesters.

I went to a vegan festival while over there, and thought, "Why don't we have anything like this on the East Coast?". I couldn't stop thinking about it, and a few days after I flew home, I thought of the name and concept for VEGAN BLOCK PARTY.

I ended up taking the next semester off of school to pursue planning and hosting this event. The first ever VBP was on October 6, 2018... I thought I would be lucky if 500 people showed up.

Well, over 2,000 ended up attending... almost every single one of the 65+ vendors completely sold out, and it truly left me with the realization that a vegan event of this caliber in Miami (and the East Coast in general) is in ultra high demand.

Now it is 2019, and I am trying to make this year SO much better than the first. That was a starting ground, and I know that this event has the potential to reach thousands of people with a powerful message.

I tell anyone who asks that I am hosting this event for a purpose greater than myself. VBP is here to create awareness about making more Earth-friendly, sustainable choices, to choose a lifestyle that encompasses health, and to raise awareness about animal suffering and how we can make cruelty-free choices as consumers. The entire catch is that this event does all of the above in a fun, party-like atmosphere, that engages our attendees and keeps them having an increidble time.
