The East Fortune Duathlon is a premier multisport event set against the backdrop of East Fortune’s iconic airfield. Combining running and cycling across a flat, fast course, it offers a unique challenge for elite athletes and newcomers alike. Known for its electric atmosphere and top-tier organization, the 2025 event aims to attract over 600 participants and hundreds of spectators, making it a key date on the Scottish and British endurance sport calendar.

We are delighted that the 2025 East Fortune Duathlon will be one of only three qualifiers for the European Sprint Distance Duathlon Championships in 2026. Our event will attract athletes from all over Great Britian who looking to achieve the ultimate accolade of representing their country. Qualifier status is achieved through a competitive bid process and is recognition from British Triathlon of the high quality event that we are able to deliver.
