    iPreneur is the flagship event of Centre for Social Entrepreneurship organized every year by E-Cell TISS, Mumbai. iPreneur provides a platform for budding social enterprises, early stage social enterprises, industry experts, investor from the space of social entrepreneurship to discuss ideas, innovations in social start-ups.

    iPreneur is aimed at creating awareness and development of Social Entrepreneurship.

    Under iPreneur we organise; 

    1. Social Venture Challenge which provides a platform for the participants to display their ideas and ventures, rework on them through the mentorship and an opportunity to get seed funding. 

    2. Social Enterprise Network - Meet up with Investors, Industry experts, Academicians, budding Social Entrepreneurs

    3. Worksops by experts and talks by celebrity social entrepreneurs

    4. Various competitions aimed at creating the entrepreneurial mindset

    E-Cell, Centre for Social Entrepreneurship, Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai is an archetype to foster budding social and business entrepreneurs. It facilitates an ecosystem for venture creation by nurturing entrepreneurial skills, management tools, and social perspective in students. E-Cell promotes Ideation, Innovation, and Implementation by hosting multiple workshops, speaker sessions, and competitions along with the biggest Social Entrepreneurship Event — ‘Ipreneur’.

    Centre for Social Entrepreneurship, Tata Institute of Social Sciences offers Master of Arts Social Entrepreneurship with an objective to develop individuals as entrepreneurs to combat social problems. It is committed to augment existing niche and develop an ecosystem for aspiring entrepreneurs through knowledge creation and implementation for venture creation. Centre also runs a first of its kind Incubation Centre aimed at providing mentorship, resource network, infrastructure and seed funding to selected entrepreneurs from across India.
