  • About the event

In January, we are hosting "The Legacy Ball: Celebrating Women in Sports", hosted by Hoops & High Heels Incorporated. Join us as we celebrate the New Year and continue to advocate our cause for women in sports.

We are inviting everyone, with a special invitation to Women & Men who support female athletes, programs, and professional involvement in the sports industry. Our event will feature a select number of women and girls who have made an impact in their community as an athlete.

Our hope is to make this event a success with some great music, a delicious buffet, live entertainment, cash bar, red carpet photography, and dancing throughout the night!  Dress Code: Formal/Semi-Formal; Classy

Program Initiatives: Youth Sports Development, Business Etiquette, Academic Support, College Preparation, and Community Service

    Our Mission:

"To inspire and encourage the youth in our community through leadership, service, and athletics; by creating a network of young women who embody the values of an athlete while still embracing their own beauty, intelligence, and poise."

    Our Vision:

As the CEO of Hoops & High Heels Inc., my goal is to create an environment where young ladies are comfortable in their skin, and are not afraid to asks questions as they matriculate through middle school, high school, etc. Women have always struggled to shine in the sports world; but there are many former and current athletes who believe in our culture and are willing to mentor any girl who wants to become a better individual. We teach our ladies to embrace who they are as young women, and still be a strong/competitive athlete.

Hosting this Annual Gala will just be one way our organization can increase awareness in the community, establish new relationships, and raise money towards our goal in opening a center for tutoring, fitness classes, and speaking engagements/activities.
