    On Monday, 11th June, we were delighted to be asked to put an Australian tour together for British band The Fratellis.

     

    The tour will be in major and iconic venues and will start in Perth in the first week of November (Saturday 3rdMetropolis Fremantle - http://metropolisfremantle.com.au/) , followed by Brisbane (The Tivoli - https://thetivoli.com.au/), Melbourne (170 Russell Street – www.http://170russell.com/) and finishing in Sydney (The Metro Theatre - www.metrotheatre.com.au/) - on Thursday 8th. 

    Venues will be between 1000 - 1500 capacity venues and the above venues have been confirmed for the tour.

    Total maximum market reach for you would reach 4000+ attendees for these concerts alone (Not counting the tour marketing reach which would reach in the tens of thousands). 

     

    The demographic we are looking at targeting are those aged between 25-50, with good jobs/disposable income, love live music, and are fans of indie/alternative/Britpop/Pop. 

    The Fratellis are well known for the hit song “Chelsea Dagger” which was used in films, adverts and was played EVERYWHERE, and we are confident that this will be a gig that many people will want to go to!

    We will be promoting the tour at our other events – We hold up to 3 events a week across the whole of Sydney in venues who allow us to leave promotional materials at their venues. So your company/brand would reach other audience not just specific to The Fratellis tour. We would further be happy for you to get involved in other areas such as samples etc. at these events leading up.


    Louise Palmer

    Viva La Sociale was born in bar in Cuba back in 2011 by Louise Palmer and Kevin Davies - two music loving geeks who loved the idea of giving up their day jobs, and becoming music promoters who put on gigs for up and coming talent once they were back home in Kent, England.

     

    Being quite all or nothing kind of people, they decided to approach famous bands that they loved to be a part of their dream. They wanted to see if they would be interested in doing exclusive one off gigs under the “Viva La Sociale” name which would showcase local talented unknowns by having them as their support.

     

    The ethos was simple – give talented artistes the chance to play and perform on the same stage as famous and established acts. The opportunity to get their music heard by a much wider audience, plus a once in a life time chance to experience and learn from those who have been in the industry (some for a number of  years), who managed to make it big.

     

    Global rock gods Ash were one of the first bands on board with the concept. And so Viva La Sociale’s first sell-out gig was with a multi-platinum album selling band with 2 lucky local supports – The Wildes and Bleech. The latter actually impressed so much that they were invited to tour with Ash during their North American tour (and did so with great success)!

     

    Viva La Sociale quickly went even more mental after that!

     

    Award winning acts like Turin Brakes, Delays, Ocean Colour Scene, Space, and The Hoosiers all graced the Viva stage in quick succession. They scored a coup by having Oasis founder Bonehead debut new material at a special one off gig after a long hiatus. 

    Leading frontmen from Britpop’s most influential bands such as Chris Helme from The Seahorses, John Power from Cast, Mark Morriss from The Bluetones also did anumber of solo shows, and Viva La Sociale also showcased Paul Wellers’ favourite band The Moons in support of their album launch.

     

    Now after a move to Australia, here they go again! And with a new home, comes new talent. Viva La Sociale are excited to be working with some of the best up and coming singersongwriters/bands here. We are connected with a number of iconic venues such as The Metro and Factory theatres in Sydney and currently working with a number of famous venues across the land.
