The Charity Safari Rally,

About the event

The Safari Rally is to raise awareness of the need to preserve Africa's flora and fauna, as well the communities living near protected wildlife areas.  

The Rally is not a race it is a challenge and has been organised in such a way to attract participants to support the cause - conservation.  The proceeds of the Rally are for National Parks and Wildlife Management Authority.

The Rally is "an opportunity for participants to bond over a challenge through the African bush" according to the organiser. Drivers and Navigators need an adventurous spirit to be part of this epic adventure.

My car has generated a huge amount of media attention, having been featured in international publications, television and online media. Sponsors will be represented by my well-known Mercedes as our travels and events continue to grow and I would like you to be involved.

ONE WOMAN ONE MERC

I am a lady who drives a 1981 Mercedes through southern and east Africa.  Mustafa the Merc, as my car is known to more than 6000 Followers, is pariticapting in the Charity Safari Rally.

The proceeds of the rally are donated to Conservation; the money is used to help National Parks protect natural environments.  This is a matter very close to my heart and hence I feel it should be close to everyone’s heart.  Environmental sustainability is a global issue and, as a participant of the Safari Rally, I feel I am making a positive contribution.

I am looking for people to collaborate with on this unique old-fashioned adventure whilst contributing to the environment.
