About our event

The Art, Rhythm and Culture Festival is an organization that displays the many facets of urban culture through the main theme of Hip-Hop Music. The event is a unique occurrence benefitting charities that closely impact the Sarasota community, specifically non-profit companies that directly effect the youth. Each event is a blend of live visual artists and performing artists. The First Annual Art, Rhythm and Culture Festival will take place on September 22nd, 2018 at the Neel Performing Arts Center, the musician Ryanito will perform his album with the Pops Orchestra of Bradenton and Sarasota, featuring Michael Mendez of The West Coast Black Theatre Troupe. The goal is to present the genres of classical and Hip-Hop music with a non-traditional approach to reach a multi-generational demographic. An event of this kind has never occurred in Southwest Florida. Our philosophy is that culture should be accessible to everyone and our desire is to continue creating similar cultural events that benefit the community.
