About TEDxSayajigunj:

TEDxSayajigunj is Vadodara's first standard TEDx event. With the aim to explore the times of present, past and future, also to unravel the path of exciting possibilities, in which the profound and deep talks will be delivered by the renowned speakers as in to contribute to the diversified local community of Vadodara, and by organizing this event we are going to connect the local community of Vadodara to the Global level community of TED.

A group of local students from different background gathered for organizing TEDxSayajigunj -- 2017. The overwhelming response of the local community and constant zeal of knowledge spreading, spearheading us to organize TEDxSasyajigunj-2018.

Our Mission:

To serve the greater community by developing a hub of learning and collaboration in the cultural city Vadodara.

TEDxSayajigunj Goals:

We want to serve our community in the following ways:

·Build an inclusive and multicultural community in Vadodara which connects longtime residents and newcomers.

·Engage local residents and individuals from surrounding areas who are interested in Global views and in Technology, Entertainment, and Design in Vadodara.

·Connect experts across different fields and create a multidisciplinary learning community in Vadodara and surrounding areas.

·Connect students and educators in Vadodara with industry experts in order to encourage local community members to share their expertise as co-teachers in the classroom.

·Provide opportunities for students and local residents to present great ideas to a global audience via TEDx

·Help students develop leadership skills, identify mentors, and build professional Networks.
