About the event

In current global environmental situation, it is mandatory for us, as individuals to care about the planet even more than we have ever before. While we are aware that the “green” pressure around us can get a bit overwhelming even to the point where we just don't want to care anymore, we came up with an idea to combine the sustainability education with having fun.  

We are 5 girls, studying Event Management at Copenhagen Business Academy with an aim to create an transforming event to not only teach attendees something new about their possible “green” options, but also to create an opportunity for like-minded people to get together and have  fun evening.  

The event is planned in the end of march, preferably Friday, the 27th of March in the evening hours. The main activity is a SWAP of clothes with a nice vegan snacks prepared followed by a talk about our current sustainable fashion options. The specific speaker is still not confirmed, but will be in few days. After the talk, we would love to offer people a nice net-working space with chill music, some drinks and snacks. Every item of clothing that is not going to be swapped will be donated to local communities in need supporting the good causes. 

Since we are students and we aim to do the event non-profitable, we would love to kindly ask you, if there is any chance to set up a meeting with you to negotiate the offer and the possible deal.

Why should you sponsor?

We would appreciate some sponsors for our event to support our message and to help us bring the word out there to students amongts others in Copenhagen. 

As we are students we are not financially capable to fund everything at our event and therefore are seeking help with food and possibly a location.

We are five girls studying Event Management at CPH Business Academy where we were tasked to create an event that focusses on sustainability. Our mission is to generate awareness about sustainability and how our everyday life is effecting gloab warming. We will have arranged for a speaker to come and have a presentation about being sustainable and thereafter we will have an open discussion.

Our entrance "fee" will be for each attendee to bring five clothing items they wish to trade and we will have a clothes swap after the presenters speech.
