About the event
Sun & Stone II is a Techno and House music event that is held inside and outside of the Widow Jane Mine on the grounds of the Snyder Estate in the quaint upstate NY town of Rosendale NY. The mine itself is likely one of the most important natural cement mines in the US, and is the subject of a Documentary film currently in production. It also has been a concert venue for the last 30+ years, and has one of the most incredible and unique sounds for a venue anywhere. When musicians are done playing the Widow Jane, they can't wait for their next chance to come back and play again. It's a magical place, and one that we bring the magic of dance music to, with a fully professional lighting and sound rig, for Sun & Stone, a truly underground event.

It's very important to us, and that's why the Sun & Stone event series exists at all. It's a benefit to help preserve one of the most important and uniqe venues on Earth, The Widow Jane Mine. This place has a special power over people, once you enter into it for a concert or show, it becomes someplace that you never want to be without. Bill KraemerThe event is produced by Bill Kraemer, Angela Dawn, Josh Wilkins and Charles Carilio. Together they own the production companies The Seed, SOLAR Soundsystem, Extraordinary Entertainment, and Renegade Virus and have considerable experience inside the dance music and event production space. Bill Kraemer has in the past been the co-founder of Satellite Records in NYC, as well as some other notable dance music companies and has been in the music industry since the mid 1980's. As the team leader for the Sun & Stone crew, he worked with Director Rosa Costanza to lead his partners into turning the first Sun & Stone event in September of 2019 into a Documentary Film, currently still under production. The team looks forward to our 2020 event, and the opportunities it presents for working with sponsors, and in that the film cronicalling NY's DJ culture that the first Sun & Stone played so heavilly in will be out. Sun & Stone II in 2020 has it's team ready to go.

Flyers and posters are to be distributed and hung up all throughout the Hudson River Valley, NYC, NJ, Philly, and New England. The advertising plan for print Sun & Stone ads includes 20,000 5x7 flyers and at minimum 2500 hung posters, not to mention all of our social media posts as well. Tickets will be mailed to the ticket holders beginning on December 18th of 2019. (Deadline for logo inclusion of Tickets is December 1st.)

Sun & Stone II is an event that is held on the grounds of the Snyder Estate in Rosendale NY. The main stage for music at this two stage event is inside the Widow Jane Mine, one of the most important natural cement mines in US History. From this mine came the cement that made the Brooklyn Bridge, the base of the Statue of Liberty and many other landmarks. Now it's used as a music venue, and it's the home for the Sun & Stone Festival, a show dedicated to Techno and House music inside this historic venue. Your company name and logo will go on all our advertising materials, 20,000 flyers, 2500 posters, the event's tickets, and all social media posts.
