About the event

StylePointe Fashion Show is a collaboration of ‘Fashion and Dance’. StylePointe is a unique project exploring the relationship between Fashion and Dance.

We ask for fashion designers, with complete collections, to submit their work samples.  Six wonderful collections are chosen from designers of diverse backgrounds.  These designer apparels are then introduced to 6 choreographers of unique genres; who create 6 different dance vignettes to showcase the fashion collections at the event. 

We are very excited to bring together two of New York’s great institutions: Fashion and Dance.

As the fashion of the world, Manhattan is where the most influential designers come to showcase their collections at the exclusive private fashion shows solely for business purposes.

Creative Performances produces StylePointe Fashion Show, A FREE PLATFORM, showcasing the up-and-coming and emerging designers in the NYC fashion industry, collaborating with dane choreographers to showcase their collections.

Sangeeta Yesley

Sangeeta is an independent producer of arts and entertainment with a background in dance.  She loves producing hybrid shows exploring relationships between dance and other art forms. 

StylePointe Fashion Show is one such hybrid event that premiered in 2015, with much appreciation and was a Full House show in its second year.  And going on its third year....

StylePointe gives opportunity to emerging designers to collaborate with established dance choreographers and showcase their existing designer collections through dance. 

Sangeeta strives to create A FREE platform for emerging artists in NYC helping them to progress in their professional career.
