The haunted house industry is a $300 million a year industry, with 21% of the population anticipating going to a haunted attraction annually. Halloween surveys estimated halloween spending would reach $8.4 billion in 2016 and continue to grow from there. With your sponsorship we want to tap into this market by bringing together haunted attractions, haunters, vendors, and the general public in a yearly convention. With our con we are thinking outside of the box when it comes to the traditional haunted con enviroment. After attending numerous conventions in the past we have discovered that most alienate on one side of the isle or the other by enither not opening the doors to the general public or by focusing only on haunt related products. We aim to resolve this issue by allowing the public to attend our show to meet with local haunted attraction owners for the purpose of recruting actors, builders, designers and reaching a new fan base for increased ticket sales. We are also thinking outside of the box and bringing together vendors that haunted attractions would deal with throughout the year including but not limited to, paint suppliers, tool vendors, insurance specialist, print companies, food and beverage suppliers, producers and so much more. By taking these steps we believe that we can grow the haunt market tremendously and make it a win, win, win scenario for everyone involved be it vendors, sponsers, or haunts.
By donating any product to the South Eastern Haunter / Horror Con for our weekly prize giveaways your company and product will be featured in live feeds, on our event page, website and will have a special thank you featured in our 2018 SEHHC event book. You will also have your website and or logo shared on our Facebook event page.
A special thank you letter and certificate from SEHHC. Your logo on all flyers for the con. A 1/4 page add in the 2018 South Eastern Haunters / Horror Con event book, with a space for a business specific promo in the add. A special thank you on the event Social media pages including Facebook, Instagram, and the official web page. Shout outs including links to your Facebook page from South Eastern Haunters / Horror Con. Special mentions periodically on live feed videos updating the fans about the Con not only from SEHHC but with other entity's representing us as well.
Everything included in the bronze package except your add will be increased to 1/2 page. Shout outs in video and live feeds from the floor of the convention. Your logo presented on the back of the official SEHHC t-shirts. You will have a class, panel, or seminar presented in your name ( this makeup demonstration brought to you by________), and your business will have a poster presented in the entry area of our event.
Everything included in the previous packages. You will also have a one of our special areas presented by your company. Areas will include a device charging area, a rest area, a haunt fan hangout space, a photo op area with the best of the best haunted attraction actors, and a behind the scenes lounge for the vendors, haunt owners and staff of the event. If you have a representative available to attend our show they will also be interviewed on the floor of our convention.
You will become the bell of the ball.
In sponsoring this portion of the event your name will be all over the Haunters Second chance prom. This event will become your event. Every flyer for the event will have your logo predominantly featured on it. Your banner will be flown above the entrance. Your business will also be featured in a photo opp for all attendees. Also for sponsoring our second chance prom your business will receive regular mention on our Facebook event page and website, you will also be given special shout outs during live feeds with our friends like Klowns gone wild.
Your name will be featured on one of our special events like our Haunt Vehicle car show, our Haunter ugly pageant, Coffin race, or amateur horror film festival. You will be featured in any advertising that coincides with the special event, including adds on Facebook, live feeds, and radio. The award given at said event will be given in your name.
