About our event

Event Overview: South Austin Summer Fest is an all-day music event featuring two stages, dedicated to promoting local and emerging bands. As these bands often struggle to gain visibility and connect with diverse audiences, our festival aims to bridge the gap by pairing them with more established bands. This not only enhances their network but also boosts their exposure in the music scene.

Objective: The primary goal of the festival is to create a vibrant platform where lesser-known bands can showcase their talents alongside higher-profile groups. This setup fosters a spirit of community and mutual growth among musicians at varying levels of their careers.

Beneficiary – Breast Cancer Resource Center: This year, we are proud to support the Breast Cancer Resource Center, an exemplary organization committed to assisting underfunded patients battling breast cancer. The Center provides invaluable services to these patients at no cost, ensuring they receive the support and care they need without the burden of financial stress. Our festival aims to highlight and contribute to the vital work done by this organization, emphasizing its impact on the community and the essential services it offers free of charge.

Sponsorship Opportunities

Supporting Local Music and Community Health: By sponsoring South Austin Summer Fest, you will play a pivotal role in promoting local music and supporting community health initiatives. This festival not only provides a stage for 14 diverse bands, but also champions a noble cause by supporting the Breast Cancer Resource Center.

Covering Production Costs: The logistics of running a dual-stage event are complex and costly. High production expenses are necessary to ensure a quality experience for both the performers and attendees. By covering these costs through sponsorship, we can dedicate a more substantial portion of the proceeds to the Breast Cancer Resource Center, maximizing our support for their crucial services.

Supporting the Artists: Many of the bands participating in the festival are playing for minimal compensation or volunteering their time. Your sponsorship helps us provide these dedicated artists with drinks and snacks in the artist greenroom, enhancing their experience and showing appreciation for their contributions. This gesture not only supports them directly but also fosters a more vibrant and engaged music community.

Visibility and Brand Association: Sponsoring South Austin Summer Fest offers significant visibility and associates your brand with a community-oriented, culturally enriching event. It demonstrates your commitment to supporting local arts and important health causes, positioning your brand positively in the eyes of a diverse audience.

In Summary: Your sponsorship is crucial for covering the necessary production costs, ensuring artists are well-catered for, and enabling us to make a significant donation to the Breast Cancer Resource Center. This partnership will not only enhance the festival experience but also reinforce the impact of your brand in the community.
