SeeAbility's Morocco Challenge!,

London, England, United Kingdom London, England, United Kingdom

  • About the event

    Dear Friends

We have an exceptional opportunity. SeeAbility works to support people with learning disabilities and autism, as well as sight loss, to lead happy, healthy and fulfilling lives. We see people achieve their goals each and every day – and we’re working hard to ensure communities understand, respect and involve people with disabilities. As a corporate sponsor for this Morocco Trek in October 2019, you’ll not only receive benefits for your business, but be part of a growing movement of companies helping SeeAbility get closer towards its vision of inclusive communities in which everyone can participate equally.

This year continues to be an exciting one for the team at SeeAbility. We kicked off our 220th birthday celebrations with an event at the Bank of England hosted by Governor Mark Carney and Sir John Major in late March and have summer parties coming up at our services across the UK.

We’ve also created an experience of a lifetime with a challenge trek to Mt Toubkal in Morocco to mark our 220th Anniversary! The trip will be managed by Traveleyes, founded by Amar Latif who has featured on the BBC show ‘Travelling Blind’.

We would like to offer you a unique opportunity to sponsor this special challenge. The details of the available sponsorship opportunities are given in the document. We appreciate your time in considering our proposal for sponsorship.

Thank you so much for your help.

    Why should you sponsor?

VISIBILITY – Your company logo will be visible on the top of Mount Toubkal and worn by over a dozen adventurers. The support by your business will be amplified through our social media channels. In May, we reached close to 100,000 people on Facebook and 75,000 on Twitter. In the past year, we’ve received close to 150,000 visits on our official website.

STAFF ENGAGEMENT – Learn from our colleagues who have lived experience with disability and who can provide guidance to your company on inclusion and accessibility.

SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY - Enjoy the benefit of quality corporate citizenship to deepen your brand through alignment with SeeAbility, a charity that has been pioneering specialist support and challenging people to rethink disability for 220 years.
