Save The World It's a Knockout,

About the event

An exciting, fun, action packed day for individuals and groups to come and see what they are about in our 'Save The World It's A Knockout' games. Come in teams or join up on the day to create teams to try and win the golden prize. All proceeds go towards two Animal Welfare charity projects based in Indonesia and Sumatra and an Aid based project in Uganda. 

Please come and join in the fun and raise money for these amazing charities!

Why should you sponsor?

I am travelling to South-East Asia and the Africa to do volunteer work to help preserve the environment for the Sumatran Tiger and the Orangutan. Both species are critically endangered and need our help. I will also work with a small grass roots project that provides clean facilities alongside schools in Uganda and t work to empower young people in the difficult situations they are in. I will also trek Mount Kilimanjaro to raise money for them.

The It's a Knockout costs £2250 to purchase for the day and so I would really appreciate if this was covered and it means then all the proceeds go directly where they are needed.

I have wanted to 'save the world' since I was a little girl. I currently work as a Maths Lecturer and before that I lived for nearly 2 years in South America, orking and vounteerirng for environmental and social causes. I have been saving for the last 3 years to be able to go and do the same again and really give back to the world and make a positive difference. I would like to work for a charity and will start by continuing my volunteer journey and really getting stuck in. I would like to take my reach as far as possible so I can volunteer for as long as I can, and I need funds to do this. I would also like to use this event to raise awareness of what these amazing charities do. I appreciate any help, coverage, asistance that you can offer. 

Every person can make a difference, if they just believe it :)
