Project Gastronomia (http://projectgastronomia.org/en/), will be London’s first gastronomic symposium, for which we are looking for partners who share our commitment towards building a more mindful and sustainable future.
The aim of this project is to use food as a vehicle for change, by expanding the definition of gastronomy to encompass a broader and more accurate reflection of its importance in society. The project relies on multi-disciplinary collaboration and knowledge sharing to define positive and sustainable measures towards the construction of the gastronomy and food systems of 2050.
This collaborative project began as an initiative by the Basque Culinary Centre in San Sebastian, Spain and Kitchen Theory have now joined efforts to bringing this to London.
We are currently in search of partners who share our desire to initiate improvement within local and global communities, by stimulating multi-disciplinary discussions which lead to positive change and education.
We would like to explore the possibility of working with different brands in launching this educational and impactful series of discussions, symposiums and workshops in London.
My name is Maria and I work in Kitchen Theory in the Marketing department. I have just recently finished my Master's Degree at BasqueCulinary Center in "Gastronomic Sciences".
At Kitchen Theory we have got quite a small team, but it really is family-like. We are all very passionate about what we are doing and dedicate a lot of time to that.
