- Sponsors logo to be included into on all advertising material. Which will be distributed around Social Media as well as through local media channels.
- Sponsor logo included in artwork displayed on Ticketmaster website.
- 6x Fence Banners which will be used on the perimeter fencing.
- Minimum of 2 dedicated social media posts about the sponsor.
- A 30 second advert shown on our huge LED screen at a minimum before and after each performance or screening.
- Sponsor logo to be included in holding imagery on LED screens throughout the site.
- Sponsor logo to be watermarked on all event images uploaded during the tour.
- 8 x Complimentary Day Passes for each area of the tour.
- We are in discussion about TV and radio interviews for promotion. If these are to happen the sponsor will be named on air.
- If applicable, a concession pitch will be given to the sponsor.
Each of the daily slots has a capacity of 500 people. And there are at-least 24 slots in a week. With a minimum run of 4 weeks.
This is a potential of nearly 50,000 people onsite, plus hundreds of thousands of online impressions.
