    Hi, my name is Ishita and I wanted to get in touch with you regarding my new business venture which is called your community BFF. I am a luxury brand strategist based out of Bombay and the ex-senior brand officer for Times group. I worked with over 150 homegrown brands and a bunch of luxury brands and I have come to this conclusion of starting a venture that uses luxury strategies for brands that are grown in India Which include community oriented marketing that focuses on building more brand love It’s been five years to my journey in community building and a come to this conclusion tried and tested strategies that exclusively work for brand where the only measure for success is entirely focused on driving your revenue than just being heavy on social media and bringing viewers were not converting to customers. Community building targets on during them emotionally, which would be either creating a hype or bringing exclusive collaborations and doing every thing that is not very mainstream, but very very personalised something. A form of content that is very relatable and making acquired users you are retained l customers who eventually become your brand advocates because what is the first and the foremost rule of marketing is that nothing beats word of mouth and with community building you make your customer experience so hard warming which is created by the inputs that you gave us about why you started this brand what were your motives how it works and we use those as triggers in our process of driving revenue for your business because we notice a lot of brands in India home-grown brand, specially the struggle so much with respect to fighting the competition that is there on the internet with respect to all the social media marketing that is going on and somewhere the rate of investment in the marketing is not doing justice. So I plan to help brands by understanding the motive, building, exclusive personalised relevant campaigns for them that all cost effective realistic measured by data which is constant and like Instagram algorithm since starting this pro bono initiative of talking to brands more lack of Videopodcast where I take a sneak peak into the brand, creating that as a content piece and helping brands get access to a police network of similar people. Because when I’m helping brands build community for me as a brand, my community would be you founders and you know brands that or not like you, somebody that you would want to network on a professional level which is my set of brands and connect Bombay and of course India and a plan to host quarterly town halls for these brands and activities. Some sort of barter collaboration collection launches. Of course there is something specific that you want with respect to attaining Piya strategy celebrity so saying any form of a particular influencer marketing strategy. We have access to all that because I worked in the industry of entertainment in fashion previously, the Times group and a lot of other celebrities and I have a fair idea about the entire talent and the content platforms.
