About the event

The Vedus is extending a great opportunity to all the people who have a flair for painting and searching for a chance to present their creativity to the international jury. Here The Vedus brings you an International Painting Competition on a virtual platform. This international competition will provide you a chance to compete with global participants.
The International Painting Competition is an international juried painting competition. This competition is open to all artists worldwide.
There are three age groups 1) Below 18 2) 18 to 30 years 3) Above 30 Total 9 Finalists will be selected among 3 age groups. Cash prizes will be awarded to the best entries from each of these 3 categories; Participation Certificates will be given to all the entries.
The entries have 7 categories 1. Realism, 2. Painterly, 3. Impressionism, 4. Expressionism and Fauvism, 5. Abstraction, 6. Abstract, 7. Photorealism, 8. Contemporary Art. All traditional painting media is accepted including but not limited to oil, watercolor, acrylic, pastel, pencil, ink, and mixed media. The entities will be submitted in 3 steps: 1) 1st Early bird 2) 2nd Early bird 3) Final call Entries will be closed after December 15, 2020 and the best entries will be announced any time on 1st of the January 2021. 15 days will be given to judges time to make their selections and write their critiques.
