We are in the first round of sponsorship requests for the Onion River Music Campout taking place in Plainfield, VT on June 9th - June 11th, 2017. The event is a family friendly music festival w/ camping, children's activities, swimming, rafting, workshops, local vendors, and more.

We are seeking financial, media, and trade sponsors to help us make this event a success. Our talent this year will include some local favorites as well as recognized national talent. I have attached a sponsors sheet to give you an idea of what we are looking for, but if there are other ways to build a relationship, I am open to a discussion.

ONION RIVER MUSIC CAMPOUT is an event that will bring folks in Vermont together for 2 days and 2 nights of music and camping. It is brought to you by the folks who brought you the EAT MORE KALE FESTIVAL in 2016 at Morse Farm Maple Sugarworks. We hope that the 500+ people who enjoyed the family friendly “Eco” vibe of the EMKF will enjoy a pleasant weekend of music, camping, swimming, boating, & more.

Here are the numbers:

Based on the talent that we will have this year and the amount of space for patrons & camping, we are looking at an attendance of 650 people per day. That number is a combination of camping attendees and folks who will come to enjoy the entertainment and activities for one day. Total for the weekend, our projections are around 1300 people.

Our demographic is quite diverse. We have been seeing people at our events whose ages range from 18 - 60, and who have a disposable income to participate in purchasing from vendors, sponsors, and music from performing artists. We also cater to an additional group of people who have children and who are active in the locavore scene. In addition, people coming to our event love discovering new productions, love the outdoors and love the Vermont lifestyle.

So you are probably wondering where the event will be . . . We are happy to announce a partnership with the Onion River Campground located in Plainfield, VT.

Join us for a weekend of music, vendors, and children’s activities and enjoy spacious camping sites along the Winooski River. Maybe you want to find a private nook tucked up in the apple orchard, next to the plum tree by the pond, or in the high meadow. The Onion River Music camp out will be respectful, kind, and generally loads of fun. Good people, hot showers, full hookup: water, electric & septic, walking trails, swimming access in the river and at Paradise Falls are just a few of the perks of this amazing location.

Northeast Music Productions has worked with performers from all over the United States and boasts a unique artist roster comprised of many genres, including: Reggae, Funk, Bluegrass, Electronic, Soul, Rock, and Indie genres.We have several clients that are not in the music industry, but they are looking for assistance creating and putting on live music events
