    Drew Heater

I am a 21 year old hip-hop artist from Rochester, NY. At a young age I was introduced to some of the harsh realities of life including the death of a few of my closest friends from suicide as well as watching my brother strugle from drug addiction. At the time I first encountered these situations I was too young to understand what was going on. Like when my brother would collapse and stop breathing or why my friends would ever choose to take their own lives. As I grew up I began to understand the situation (specifically with my brother) and was luckily able to help him get the treatment he needed through my single "Too Soon". Once I realized that my music could actually have such an impact I knew that I had to use this power to make a change in todays society to make the world a place everyone would want to live in.
