  • About the event

We understand that many hairdressers charge anywhere from £100+ to make a custom lace wig, which is not always affordable for some people. This master class will teach you how to make your own custom lace wig, so that anyone can achieve that flawless lace frontal look you see all over Instagram.

The workshop will last 5 hours where we will help you make your own custom wig and also includes a champagne brunch. Bring your own bundles and closure/ frontal and we will provide the rest.

    Things we will provide:
    - Wig caps
    - Needle and thread
    - Scissors
    - Wig head
    - Hair clips

During this 5 hours course we will teach you the following:
    - How to get the head measurements correct to get a perfect fit
    - What wig caps to use
    - How to lay down a closure or frontal
    - How to customize a closure or frontal
    - How to sew the bundles down on the wig cap
    - How to create baby hairs
    - How to cut a frontal

Every one will get to leave the workshop with their own custom made wig.
Don't miss out, only a limited number of spaces for each date.

    Why should you sponsor?

According to estimates, the market for weaves, wigs and hair extensions is currently worth over $6 billion a year and growing quite rapidly. The main demographic for this market are women between the ages of 18-34. My event will be catering directly to this demographic; therefore any sponsor who would like to advertise their business or product to this key demographic, would benefit from sponsoring my event.

I have also had an interest in everything hairdressing related, at the age of 14 I started working at a hairdressers during my summer holiday to learn more about hairdressing. At the age of 16 I started my own mobile hairdressing business where I mainly serviced friends and family.

I went to university at 18 to get my degree in Biomedical science, as a result I stopped running my business to focus on my education. After graduating I decided to rebuild my business as hairdressing still remained my passion, so I started a small Instagram lace wig making service.

Now I would love to teach other what I have leant over the years in the form of interactive workshop. My concept has never really been done before and I would love to grow my events and expand my business. I hoping to be able to eventually be able to host larger workshop, accommodating upto 250 each time; also to grow my team and host atleast 1 workshop a month through the UK.
