After 3 years of touring the Body Blast Bootcamp across the US, Australia and the UK it has always been Lita’s dream to develop her 1 hour bootcamp into a full fledge experience of fitness and wellness. 2017 kicks off the inaugural My Freedom Retreat, held in the Riviera Maya region on Mexico. Lita will host a group of like minded individuals where daily activities such as yoga, meditation and workouts will be experienced together.
