Multicultural Educational Foundation knows that strength not only lies in our words, but in our actions as well. We have set out on a mission to help empower communities to improve access to education, and will not quit until our job is complete. Founded in Denver 2005, Multicultural Educational Foundation (MEF) inspires action, serves donors ,and supports communities. MEF Founder Jeanette Castillo, a Program Director for Workplace Language Programs which provided an English as a Second Language (ESL) Program and Spanish for Businesses Program to those in need. Mrs. Castillo has a rich Caribbean, South American and American background, and over 40 years of experience in teaching English and Spanish as a second language. Mrs. Castillo implemented an ESL program for elementary schools and established the School of Languages in Venezuela.
In 2015, Eva Andalcio became Executive Director to continue the mission that began with Mrs. Castillo. Now The Chair of our Board of Directors, Mrs Andalcio and the board strives to remain driven by a firm belief in the power of humanity, and we will do anything it takes to make an impact
