By mobilizing volunteers and community partners, Habitat for Humanity Southeast Chapter works with people from all walks of life to build safe, decent, affordable housing for purchase by low-income working families.
This will be our 7th and 8th home in 6 years. We are approximately $80,000 short for our Mitchell build and need assistance.
Your contribution is a charitable donation and you will receive a tax receipt. Thank you kindly for your consideration.
Why should you sponsor?
Habitat for Humanity Manitoba enjoys numerous partnerships with the business community. As an internationally recognized brand in making a difference in communities, we invite you to invest in us.
We offer many ways for corporate groups to partner with us that will not only benefit the community, but also provide your company with unique employee engagement opportunities, as well as brand promotion and marketing potential.
Partnerships can include financial support, home sponsorship, event sponsorship, cause marketing and in-kind donations that support our general build program or a specific program that aligns with your company's mission. Habitat for Humanity Manitoba offers something for everyone and we will work with you to meet your community investment goals.
Please contact Angele Bernardin at (204) 998-5920 or email *****@****.*** to make a difference in your community - Southeast region of Manitoba.
I have been working with Habitat for Humanity for 6 yrs now. I am chair of the family selection committee and also assist with fundraising. This is a volunteer position and all positions donate their time to do this work. We are very proud of our accomplishments and hope to continue more housing projects in 2019.
Our team is very small and it is getting harder to get people to donate. We are partnering with the Ste. Anne Co-op on a donation drive and we hope this will bring in a good contribution, however we are still short approx. $80,000.
Your assistance will be helping families in the Southeastern region of Manitoba who may not otherwise be able to afford a home on their own (cannot afford a down payment).
