About the event

The innaugral Mid-Atlantic Cars and Arts Show is about bringing together the local community around Show Cars and Trucks, Craft/Art Vendors, Food Trucks and the appreciation for First Responders through our charity raffle. We expect roughly 100 guests, 50 vehicles, 20 vendors and 4 food trucks. Additionally to add status for the show, we're only accepting Judges from local professional garages. So the awards we give out to the cars and trucks, really mean something. The venue is highly scalable. It's roughly the size of a airstrip run way and could expand to hold 300 vehicles and 100 vendors with parking included.

Why should you sponsor?

We're new, but hungry. Hungry to reach to the sky like Carlisle has. The Carlise group events bring in $98 million a year per their website. Their success proves that there is a market for well organized and financially backed car shows. 500 flyers have already been handed out, our projections in the above section are conservative. Most of the people who show up to these events prefer not to pre-register. A high percentage of people who have received the flyer in hand have been excited to receive it, state that they'll likely bring friends and help spread the word. We're excited to get this underway and welcome the oppurtunity to setup lasting relationships with our innaugral partners.

Jordan Westfall

This will be my second event I've hosted. Previously I hosted an event called Betacade in 2015. As a sole operator, I sold 100 tickets, 40 shirts, secured a free venue and spent nothing on marketing. If you search #Betacade on Twitter you will validate this information. I'm organizing an event again, 99% by myself with a tiny bit of admin help from a family member. All the designs you'll see for the flyer, logo were done by me. I've posted my current flyer in over 25 facebook groups, I've personally handed out 500 flyers at Car Shows in my area (driven over 100 miles). I'm not afraid to hit the road or make phone calls. Energy is not what I lack. Money is where I need the most help. I need to make larger marketing message displays for larger shows coming up. I need to pay for inspections and permits for the venue. I need to pay for better event merchandise, etc. I know what I need to do to be successful, I just need some more green in the bank.
