About the event
The 2nd annual Melanin Minds Mental Health Conference is returning to Houston & broadcasting virtually for a full weekend of conversations, answers, and amplification of experts that look like us. Hear from therapists, healers & doctors on a range of mental health modalities & resources, from sound healing to cognitive reframing. Shop small business vendors, therapy practices & limited edition swag.
Curate your schedule & choose between two tracks: Doing The Work in hands-on workshops, and Getting The Answers in interactive panels. Each track will cover all five of our Melanin Minds pillars - there's something for everyone!

Mindset Shifting - Reframing our limits & smashing stigmas
Aligning - Getting clear on our goals, rights & options when it comes to mental health
Nutrition - Feeding the mind by nourishing the body
Relationships - Navigating dynamics with healthy boundaries & high EQ (emotional intelligence)
