About the event
In Austria, the Matura Ball has a long history. It marks the culmination of the academic career and provides an opportunity to celebrate the most significant part of life so far nationwide. It is not only a cultural event, but also a gathering of former Matura students, teaching parents and other residents. In addition to dance performances, reminiscences and tears of joy, the post-graduation celebration is also indispensable, where the achievements of those involved are celebrated once again.
