MKRS-E (ELECTRIC) is a project reserved for high schools that will have as objective the realization of a racing team with its own racing car inspired by 1:10 scale open-top single-seaters. The car will be made in 3D printing and will be completely editable, it will also be electrically powered and remotely controlled thanks to specialized radio controls. The schools, after a period of development and realization of their single-seater, will put themselves to the test in a one-day Gran Prix (named for this Maker-Prix project) to determine which school will have been the best.
Each team (maximum 30 people) is composed, as in reality, by different departments: the engineers, pilots, mechanics and marketing department, proposing the challenge to the boys to compose a simulation of a real commercial activity, in fact in addition to the realization of the car, they will have to be able to find sponsors to fund their project ideas, participate in events related to the regulation or lessons with experts in the various sectors, to help them to be more and more efficient as a company.
Why should you sponsor?
We are looking for sponsors to help us offer an RC car to all participating schools and to purchase vehicle electronics.
