About the event

LIVE LOUD GLOBAL SPONSORSHIP REQUEST/PROPOSAL

Live Loud Global is an upcoming music enterprise representing diverse and talented artists who are passionate about music and performance.  

We are planning to start a monthly music performance program dubbed, "Live Loud Sessions - Live Music, Concerts & Music Events in intimate spaces''. Our aim for this initiative is to build community and give emerging alternative artists in Ghana a platform to showcase their original music in a live setting and connect with music consumers. Ultimately, we hope to push dynamic Ghanaian music brands to the forefront of the global music market.

Live Loud Sessions will be curated by talented Live Loud Global artist and songwriter, Boamë. The sessions will be held for a six-month trial period from April to September of 2024. Each session will occur in Boamë's home at East Airport in Accra, on the last Saturday of each month, starting Saturday, April 27th 2024. We estimate that there will be 20 to 50 people in attendance per session.

Currently, we are looking for sponsors and donors to partner with for Live Loud Sessions. Each month, our event may not be possible without the support of local companies who provide valuable products and services so that we can support the Live Loud team, guest artists and participants during events. In order to keep costs low, we are relying on donated cash, as well as donated products and services such as food, beverages, water, lighting, media coverage via interviews and blogs, and more. That is why we are writing to you.

We will be grateful if given the opportunity to incorporate your support or products into Live Loud Sessions. Would you consider donating in cash or kind towards our event? By becoming our corporate sponsor or donor, you will be at the forefront of our success.
