If your goal is to compete at the collegiate level, participating in weekly practice is not enough. To be successful, it is recommeded that you consistenly work on your ball handling, shooting, footwork, strength and endurance. Learn from a former NCAA basketball player!! Turn your weaknesses into strengths while building confidence. All training will also include nutrition counselling.

Every day less girls are taking part in sports. Sports build discipline and self-esteem. With mental illness on the rise, more girls are being diagnosed with depression, anxiety etc. This training is designed to build basketball skills, self-esteem and provide nutrition education.
Aderonke is a former NCAA basketball player who also competed in varsity Volleyball and Track & Field. In high school she was rated top 25 in Ontario. Her educational background includes a degree in Exercise & Sport Sciences (B.Sc.) and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN). She has developed individualized programs to improve athletic performance based on deficiences in the body. Aderonke educates athletes on the various ways to improve their performance 'From the Inside out.'
