About the event

Unwind Your Time LLC is hosting an event called “Holidaze Shopping Craze” on November 7, 2020 at the Hamilton County Fairgrounds. It will bring the community together to support each other, as well as benefit a great cause. This trade show will host over a hundred vendors with a wide variety of products such as health and wellness, beauty, fashion, cuisine, personalized gifts, and much more. We are offering a lot of fun events to bring the community together. We will be hosting a hot chocolate bar for the children with princesses and superheroes.  Mr. and Mrs. Claus , along with the Grinch, will be joining in on decorating cookies.  The children will write letters, or draw pictures, to be sent to the troops overseas who won’t be home for the holidays.  This event will bring the community together in support of a great cause.

We choose a fundraiser to support a cause at every event Unwind Your Time LLC hosts. At this event, our fundraiser will be benefiting Morning Dove Therapeutic Riding, Inc. This is a non-profit organization that offers equine assisted activities and therapy services.  Children to adults with physical, cognitive, behavioral, or emotional disabilities can benefit from these treatments. Equine assisted activities can help individuals mentally and physically, whether it’s gaining self-confidence or gaining strength. Funded primarily by lesson fees, Morning Dove depends on donations from individuals and sponsors to help keep the doors open.  The goal is to serve the community regardless of their ability to pay. Donations will help go towards treatment and therapy costs along with the uptake of the facility and horses. With your help, our goal is to host a yearly event that brings surrounding communities together for a day of shopping and fun while benefiting a non-profit organization.

There are several sponsorship levels (each explaining what you an benefit from sponsoring our event) available to choose from. While helping support a great cause, our company will promote your business as well. There are hundreds of families at these events. It is a fantastic way to get your company known for what you have to offer as well as how generous you are to support the cause. 

Jenny Gard

My name is Jenny Gard, and along with my husband Joshua, we started an event planning business called Unwind Your Time LLC in 2017. We began hosting our own trade shows to focus on bringing positive people together and allow them to network their businesses with people for a purpose. We decided to host a fundraiser to help someone or something that really could use the help for each event. Our previous shows have raised money and supplies for The Scratching Post, Beacon of Hope, Riley Children’s Foundation, and several families in need. We want our shows to be remembered and have a positive impact on everyone involved.
