Hey all, We would definitely be open to any ideas to effectively incorporate your brand into our event & would be excited to potentially work with you as a sponsor for our next BeingIndieIsMajor event for Grammy Week! BeingIndieIsMajor is a series dedicated to empowering the independent artist community, particularly in Hip-Hop and R&B, through educational panels, music showcases, and interactive networking mixers. It is becoming an exciting hub for artists, prominent tastemakers, and music executives in the industry. For our launch on Nov 2nd, we were just prominently featured in Forbes & have received strong social media support! Building off of that momentum, we're excited to share details about our 1st Annual BeingIndieIsMajor Grammy Brunch, taking place on Friday, January 31st, set to be the biggest networking event for independent artists during Grammy Week! We are honored to feature the following 2025 Grammy nominees (to be revealed). These nominees will not only participate in an exclusive live Q&A about the creative processes behind their Grammy-nominated works but will also perform their hit songs. This will make for an unforgettable experience and we expect significant press coverage around this event, leveraging our recent Forbes recognition and partnerships to ensure widespread visibility.

For our independent brands / small biz sponsorships, we are accepting contributions ranging from $2,000 to $10,000, depending on the level of support. This includes: on-site activations, your company’s name/logo featured on our step-and-repeat backdrop, mega screen, flyers, VIP invites, website, solo social media post, social media recap inclusion (videos & photos), product placement , artist performances, press release, guest passes, direct email blasts to our 20k member community and more. We're also able to customize a package that works best as well.
The deadline for sponsorship commitments is Wednesday Jan 15th but we can be flexible if there is strong interest and more time is needed!
