The Center for Childhood Safety’s mission is to save children from their #1 killer, preventable injuries. We focus on prevention strategies aimed at stopping injuries from taking place as well as minimizing the harm that occurs during an injury event (e.g. car crash or bike accident). We work with schools, local organizations, and one on one with kids and families by teaching bike helmet safety, proper installation of car seats, motor vehicle safety, poison safety, and in-home and personal safety education.
