About the event

The Get Rooted: Wellness Retreat is a thoughtfully curated event designed to provide attendees with an opportunity to disconnect from the overwhelm of our day-to-day lives & improve their mental wellness through meditation, breath work, hiking, time in nature, nourishing meals & an opportunity to tune inwards and connect with themselves on a deeper level.

Why should you sponsor?

As a certified level-II reiki practitioner, I'll be providing my services (reiki, breath work, meditation, yoga, guided meditation, self-discovery sessions & more) free of charge, and a sponsorship would greatly help in allowing me to provide a memorable healing weekend retreat while being cognizant of cost for attendees.

Opportunities for sponsorship include paid sponsorship, product donation, and/or extracurricular sponsorship with marketing opportunities including newsletter distribution, website logo & linking, content creation (blog posts, UGC videos + posts) & more. 

My website has driven 2.3k visits with 3.3k page visits this year, and my Instagram has reached 57.5k accounts with a 4.8% engagement rate YTD and these outlets can provide additional exposure to a health, wellness, & self-care focused audience for brands looking to reach likeminded individuals.

I founded AllRootsWellness in 2019 with the goal of normalizing the conversation around mental health. As someone who's struggled through anxiety & depression while working full-time in the digital media space, I know firsthand the importance of self-care when it comes to productivity, creativity, success and overall mood.

AllRootsWellness provides free resources for individuals looking for stress relief & positive mental health to prevent burnout, find balance, and connect with themselves on a deeper level. 

In 2021, I also launched the Mental Wellness Collection which is an apparel line designed to remind consumers of the importance of breath, self-care, and mental health; proceeds from this collection are donated to provide education + access to mental healthcare resources for those in need through NAMI (The National Alliance for Mental Illness).

I'm a Chicago native, foster-turned-rescue dog mom, a rebel but peacemaker middle child, a Purdue graduate, and I'm on a mission to heal & improve our collective mental wellbeing one soul at a time.
