Fox Creek Turkey Trot 2019,

About the event

I am a teacher at Fox Creek Jr High, I am putting together an annual event this year, and I am looking for some community support. Every year before school gets out for holiday break in November the school runs the annual Fox Creek Turkey Trot where the top placing students win a grocery store gift certificate to purchase Thanksgiving food as a prize. Starting this year along with the prizes for the fastest students, I am preparing to have a race day shirt for all of the students that participate in the race this year (usually around 150 students). The race takes place on the campus of the school and is a challenging uphill race and while the races are running students that do not wish to participate cheer on their fellow racers from the sidelines. This annuel event is a favorite among students and an exciting day for the school. 

Why should you sponsor?

All teachers and students that participate in the race will receive a race day shirt at the completion of the race and will wear this shirt regularly to school after the race. In addition to your business being advertised with the race day shirts, every year the race is covered by the Mohave Daily News and pictures of the race and winners are published in the paper for the community to see.
