•It is aimed at helping the urban and rural women gain self-esteem, develop confidence and become physically strong enough to face challenges in dangerous environments.

•Women would be trained in the art of self defence and taught how to react with presence of mind to escape from violence and crime.

•Its a one of it's kind program which will run throughout the year covering different Schools, Colleges, Corporate and Govt. Entities.

•The programme is meticulously designed with the help of leading criminal psychologists and leading martial arts trainers.
