  • About the event

Magpie Performers is an Amateur Dramatics group not just about performing, but about supporting our local community!

Magpie Performers Fun Day 2018 is the first for the group, but still promises to be an exciting and busy day for all. Striving to help not just promote our own drama group, but also other local organisations and people, our goal is to make this Fun Day a community spectacular which we hope to be able to repeat as the years go on.

The event will consist of a variety of entertainment, including:
    • Inflatable slides, bouncy castles and games
    • Stalls for local traders, businesses and causes
    • A food court of local food providers
    • Local musicians on our stage
    • Local troupes and performers in our grand ring

    Why should you sponsor?

Sponsoring Magpie Performers Fun Day 2018 means your organisation will not only be visible to an estimate minimum 250 attendee's and traders at our event, but also becomes associated with a local, community based organisation who works closely with the local society.

With a wide range of activities at the Fun Day, a large demographic of people are expected to attend and in turn view your company branding over the entire event.
After a recent survey to help us collect details for our Fun Day, result show 57% of people would attend the day with their partner, whilst 36% with children and 43% with friends, these showing just some of the figures of the types of people attending.

Further to this, a sponsorship of Fun Day 2018 allows a relation and association to be formed between your company and Magpie Performers themselves. Our Amateur Dramatic organisation is a community based group who strive to help the local community, having previously raised money for local charities and helping local projects like building disabled toilets. Magpie Performers are also viewed positively in the Ipswich Community for being all inclusive, allowing people of all backgrounds, ages, ethnicities and disabilities to be a part of their group and encouraging them to follow their dreams and support them where they can.
This association for your organisation will speak to the 'everyday man' in Ipswich, being correspondant to a local group who are well respected, loved by its members, and who are supporting of all in Ipswich.

A sponsor for Magpie Performers Fun Day 2018 would allow the event to be larger, be promoted further, and support further community orgnations in Ipswich. Funding from sponsor's means Fun Day 2018 can reach more people in the Ipswich area and in turn become a more successful event, in turn meaning you company brand will reach a wider audience by the event day.
